Prices are in US dollars (USD). Plans renew automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. Cancel any time from Billing in your account and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. By choosing a plan or pack you agree to our Terms of service and Refund policy. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
How do downloads work?
Previews are free. One download unlocks one design in every machine format, and you can download it again as often as you like. Every account gets 3 free downloads each month. They reset on the 1st and are used first.
Plan downloads are added each billing period and roll over while you stay subscribed. If you cancel, unused plan downloads are kept and become usable again when you resubscribe. Downloads from a 10-download pack never expire.
Can I change a design after I've paid for it?
Yes. Change the size, fabric, fill angle, colors or font on an unlocked design and regenerate it as many times as you like at no extra cost. Changing the words in a lettering design counts as a new design.
What does the AI do?
Two optional things. AI cleanup redraws a messy upload (a blurry logo, a photo of a sign, a sketch) as flat artwork with a few solid colors before stitching. AI design creates new artwork from a short description, ready to stitch.
The stitching itself is done by our own digitizing engine, so results are consistent and you can fine-tune them.
How many AI cleanups and designs do I get?
Free accounts get 5 a month, Hobby 30, Pro 120 and Shop 300. Each one frees up again 30 days after you use it.
Stitching your own images and lettering doesn't use any of them, and stitch previews have a generous daily limit.
Can I sell what I make?
You can sell items you stitch with your designs on any plan, as long as you have the rights to the artwork you upload.
Reselling the machine files themselves (for example on Etsy or in a design library) needs the Shop plan.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Open Billing, choose "Change plan, card or cancel" and cancel there. That stops all future charges. Your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for, and your designs and downloads stay in your library.
How do I pay, and in which currency?
Prices are in US dollars (USD). You pay by card through Stripe's secure checkout, and we never see or store your card number. Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel; download packs are a one-time payment.
